Jigsaw, also known as Billy the Puppet, is a character who appeared in Annoying Saw, Annoying Saw 2: The Annoying Death Trap, and Annoying Saw 3. He always kidnaps Orange in his lair and Orange ends up leaving and Billy turns off his T.V. when he's out of his lair and he is peeing in his bathroom.
